Automated Batch Systems
General Summary
Automated batch systems is a fully automated, low cost system combining waste water treatment and sludge dewatering in one simple to operate unit. Using only one specially blended powdered chemical to precipitate, coagulate and flocculate colloidal matter, solids and emulsified material; the key to this system is its simplicity. The Batching System uses a disposable filter paper to separate the flocs from the water and produce a spadable sludge. The sludge and paper are normally discharged into a waste bin from where it can be disposed of to landfill.
