GO CARE Service
The GO CARE concept is at the very heart of what EWS stands for. It embodies our holistic approach to designing, supplying and installing sustainable Water and Environmental solutions for our customers while equipping them with the necessary knowledge, service back up and supporting reagents and process enhancers to ensure that their systems continue to operate reliably, efficiently and cost-effectively.
The technology that EWS embraces, to meet our critical Water and Environmental challenges, will continue to evolve and so will our product and service range. The essence of GO CARE, however, will remain the same, deeply embedded within our Company’s culture as it has been since 1974. It is this belief that unites all who work at EWS in our endeavour to share the passion.
Service Contract
EWS offers approved GO CARE Service Contract to ensure that the service procedures determined within EWS or OEM operation and maintenace manuals are carefully adhered to for the life of the equipment. This will help to ensure the plant gives trouble free service for many years.
Consumables and Spares
EWS undertakes to supply customers with all necessary consumables and spares at competitive prices for the life of the equipment supplied.
Repair
In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, EWS service staff are on hand to restore plant operation with the minimum down time possible.
Refurbishment and Upgrade
If required, EWS is often able to refurbish or upgrade equipment to the latest specification. Benefits of this can be improved operation and reliability combined with higher efficiency and lower operating costs.
